Publishing your app
You own the project we deliver — here's how to get it in front of your users.
iOS — App Store Connect
- Join the Apple Developer Program ($99/year) if you haven't already.
- Unzip the Xcode project we delivered and open it in Xcode (the latest release available for your macOS version).
- In Signing & Capabilities, select your own Apple Developer team so Xcode can provision the app under your account.
- Create the app's listing in App Store Connect: name, screenshots, description, and a bundle identifier matching the one in the project.
- In Xcode, choose Product → Archive, then use the Organizer to upload the build to App Store Connect.
- Submit the uploaded build for review from App Store Connect. Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours.
Android — Google Play Console
- Register for a Google Play Developer account ($25, one-time).
- Unzip the Android Studio project we delivered and open it in Android Studio.
- Build a signed release: Build → Generate Signed Bundle / APK, using your own signing key (Android Studio can create one for you the first time).
- Create the app's listing in the Play Console: name, screenshots, description, and content rating.
- Upload the signed app bundle to a release track (Internal testing is the fastest way to confirm everything works before going public).
- Roll out to Production once you're happy with it. Google's review is usually a few hours to a couple of days.
A few things review teams check
- The app needs to feel like more than "just a website" — the native features you switched on in the builder (navigation, side menu, offline page, and so on) are exactly what helps here.
- Make sure your website itself works well on a phone browser — the app shows your live site, so a broken mobile layout shows up in the app too.
- If you switched on push notifications, ads, or an in-app purchase, double-check the account IDs you entered (OneSignal, AdMob, App Store Connect in-app purchase) are live, not placeholders.
