Terms of Service

1. What SuperView does
SuperView packages a website you point us at into a native iOS and/or Android app, wrapped with the native features you switch on in the builder (navigation, push notifications, ads, and so on). You configure and pay for a build; we generate the project and deliver it to you as a packaged Xcode / Android Studio project.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Pricing and payment
- Every build is priced per platform: a base price plus whichever add-ons you switch on, shown live in the builder before you pay.
- Payment is a one-time charge per build, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Changing add-ons after delivery and rebuilding your app is priced the same way — only what changed.
4. What we deliver — and what we don't
We deliver a packaged native project built to your configuration. We don't submit your app to the App Store or Google Play on your behalf, and we can't guarantee a store review will approve it — that depends on your website meeting each store's guidelines. Publishing requires your own Apple Developer and Google Play developer accounts.
5. Refunds
Purchases are final and non-refundable — the deliverable is a digital download handed over within minutes, so the sale is complete on delivery. The one exception: if your build fails on our side and we can't fix it, we'll refund that build. Contact [email protected] with your order number and we'll sort it out.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use SuperView to package a website whose content you don't have the right to distribute, or that violates Apple's or Google's developer policies. We may suspend an account used that way.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
